    Hopefully he reads this.

If you see him can you get his number or something?
Good to see your making a big effort. I am only getting a license to be a Sidecar swinger, would be great to see these reemerge after so many years off the scene. Will remind Scotty to talk to the Feilding Ag. School, see if they can muster one or two.

There is also some extra bling up for grabs, will post a picture soon...

I flicked Chris a PM in the hope that he can either bludge a rig off Brenton, get Des to turn up, or both, would be damn good to make this happen.

Which one the sidecar or the swinger? Lost enthusiasim a bit right now having a few health issues. If someone has a TF motor they can put in it then their welcome to come grab it and use it for a while.

Hmm, the chances of getting something like that sorted on the day are low, especially with other fleet members to care for...

    Still...

Hey if i'm not swinging it'll be easier to push this time. Original radiator and header tank are mounted back on it, would need a vacum take off on motor you are going to use to make fuel pump work, have done it before by taping into inlet manifold, ideally you need to go into barrel below piston. Not to hard to slot motor in would take about an hour or two, can bring exhausts, cdi's coils and chain. So if you definately want to run it let me know and i'll get it to Tokoroa on the Friday and we can try to get it going

Come on Seymour 14 take him up on the offer, I am bringing 2, maybe 3 sidecars down in the truck as well. I would love to see more than 8 there.

I'm loving the enthusiasm here, even though it may be a mission it's cool to see the determination to make this GP happen!

Wildman, bring it down and between the members of GPR I'm sure it will be up very quickly. All of us have had TF/TS buckets and know them inside out (well mine spent more time on the bench than at the track but +20 years of abuse will do that!). The more the better!!

Sounds like a plan, will be good to see you, I guess we need to lean on Henk to offer us the Saturday to race the big Sidecar GP (I am an optimist now from hearing the good vibes), you'll be wanting to head back that Saturday afternoon no doubt Wildman?

On another subject, no pressure Henk, but where's your awesome Kiwibiker "2014 Bucket GP" poster. I'd do one but only good with crayons...

Meanwhile, I got bored at work one day, and these things happened... don't tell my boss....going to a good cause anyway...

Looks like we will have enough rigs, we'll just have to hope we have enough people with the relevant licences to drive and hang off them.
Plan at the moment is to do sidecars Saturday, run a practice / qual in the morning and then the GP as the first race so that we don't give the rigs too much of a chance to break down. Be a damn shame to not be able to run the GP because too many have given up the ghost earlier in the day.

    Love the Tags Bert!

Best make it a short practice, maybe with a amount of time before the GP, as then there will be time to tend to any issues?

Or we could wing it on the day, depending on what works best to get the most on the grid?
