Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Is any hardly worth 35k just because you've poured a bunch of bits over it and added up the cost on top of a silly start price?

When was 1991? A fair while back I seem to recall.
Scares sports bikes on windy roads. Sure it does sweetie. Well there was this one guy who was too scared to pass.

This guy seemed optimistic with his sales pitch & communication, then the auction closed & we got to see his reserve.
I bought the one in my profile which is faultless for under half that.

Geez! we're a cynical bunch of bastards. The one's we should be taking the piss out of are the ones that actually buy some of these 'specials'. Not that that happens very often.

Probably about the most interesting thread on KB.

I sense a certain desperation amongst the sellers....maybe they realise that its all turning to custard & are vainly hoping that no one else thinks that as well, & are trying to recoup what they paid for it which was way to much...
A bit like the property market?

Thousands and thousands over is a bit extreme, but considering NZer's are now always low balling anyway maybe it's just becoming the norm sales tactic over here like elsewhere.
