Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

I'd go $3k if it was an very tidy original condition road registered one. That's $2k at best.

I always wanted one. Until I owned a KDX. The owner of the one downstairs rode my GasGas. He wants one now.n

I've got two of them cost me $300 each about 13 years apart but drum brake models, there's no way it will sell for close to that, maybe if it had good original plastic, lights, battery box, indicators, speedo, switchgear, chainguard it might run closer to Drews estimate, it's more like he's trying to recover build cost which doesn't normally happen

I wouldn't mind the Race prep manual for it though
"If you can make black marks on a straight from the time you turn out of a corner until the braking point of the next turn, then you have enough power."

As the old adage goes " its immoral to let a sucker keep his money"
this one sold a couple of weeks back.
Even at the $7500 I thought optimistic.

Nice enough but only a 600...$12500 it sold for.
Probably got exhaust wrap, brown seat, acewell, balloon tyres, pod filters, hidden battery, and black wheels by now for that 'individual look"

DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

Heck! Add luggage and a headwind and you'd be calculating your next upgrade .

For 12.5 you could have bought my old 1050 Tiger and shipped it to Europe to ride around for quite a while.

Must have gone to a hipster. I don't remember the 600 being a model of any significance other than being utterly reliable and gutless. There are plenty of other airhead BMW's that would be of value to a collector.

Why the fuck do people insist on powder coating things when restoring them?
