I really like the Crosby bike. Not $44k like but its still nice.

Pretty sure the one pictured is the one which was at the Southern Classic festival - parked in the pits.
What doesn't show up in the pics but did in the metal is the wave discs - they stood out like dogs balls and IMO spoiled the whole thing.
Opinion was split about 50/50 like/dislike.

The owner said he'd ordered a GS1000S copy of the Yosh ones Croz rode - and was not looking forward to the bill - around $60k.

Couple of people talked to me about the actual cost of building a Z like that. It could be done considerably cheaper - but the name gets the premium price...

was that on the basis of them doing the work on their own bike? Because yes, you're doing it as a hobby so your time spent is invaluable, literally.

This is a business venture, it seems like, and so every input has to be accounted for in the output.
