The poor unfortunate was Gerald Dwyer (RIP), a good friend, who used to front Wellington band Flesh D-vice, whom I had many dealings with as my bands played with them regularly.

I think I saw Flesh Dvice at the Glue Pot. Sure as shit listened to them on BFM.

Mate it was a total hock fest. Best concert I have been to. The other best concert I have been to was Pink Floyd in Sydney. 2nd best was The Prodigy at Selinas in Sydney.

Huh. I met him a few times as he was friends with some people I knew. I went to an epic party up in Aro Valley one weekend full of punk rockers and his band was set up in this hallway of this big old house. It didnt get raided by the police, it got visted by the Mongrel Mob. That wasnt cool.

He was also Shihads manager.
