From 1985. That would be a crime in itself.

Well if you stick to the jodhpurs rather than your arseless chaps they might not actually lock you up immediately.

It never was a Police bike. It was a Ministry of Transport bike. An entirely different outfit from Police.

There are quite a few ex-MOT bikes on the road in "Original Colours" ...

Saw a 2007 GN250 on farcebook for $4500 today... Had only 700kms on it but really?
MAYBE, if it was one of the original Japanese ones that had been found in a barn with those kind of ks, but for a Chinese one? DREAMING!

Guy got torn a new one by the whole internets so I CBF finding it to screen shot, but was well funny and probably the most optimistic price I have ever seen on a GN, even the hacked up "bobber" ones don't get put on for 4.5.

    $3,333 o.n.o.

It is reasonably tastefully done (for once) but 74,000 km's and of course a GN... I hope he's open minded about what a nearest offer is likely to be...

I'd consider the Gixxer cup but I'm too old for that so we need something spec level for those of us that don't want to or can't sink thousands into a 300cc bike to race nationally.
I bought my second, specced up top level, ready to ride 300 with all the suspension, bodywork, rearsets, bars, PC5 etc done for less than $7k.....and got most of the road kit too

I suppose "sink thousands" is technically correct....as in it is more than hundreds, but pretty cheap.

Considering how rough it is I've almost certainly overpaid lol, but it's just what I've been looking for (sort of) so I couldn't help myself. Done a deal on this this.
