Rod Tempero sold the company years ago, I thought these were his own stock but it looks like the new company has them and are just moving shop.
Tempero has made a lot of replicas for a lot of very wealthy collectors over the years. Apparently one of the original Ferrari works mechanics had a look at one and couldn't pick it as a replica, they really are that good.
