Drones are dangerous - good to keep a eye out for them while riding. I like one on the road one in the sky personally - or two on the sky and add some bar end mirrors for the road. Yeah - that's a plan.

I'm looking at the red/brown seat - it's well made, fits beautifully around the rear frame but then stops short by the tank - I'm now assuming it may not be a GN tank? What's with the left fork leg missing a cap - make it lighter I suppose.

We have our share on here ?? !!!!!

I might be nearly 70, but appreciate all the new tech modern bikes provide.
If I have a ride these days on old stuff, I say, ok ! But now..... where's MY bike!
( hey, thats 12 years old now).
I don't think those bantams are selling because they're the wrong kind of old. They're too old.
They're the sorts of bikes old people would buy because they want to restore it (not chop it up and turn it into a bobber or something) and collect them.

Yobbo's like me want 70's/80's Japanese bikes (like my cx) that we can chop up and make it look somewhat cafe racer-ish but with a modern take.
Pity there seems to be a lot of people who are so bad at it, aka the last couple of listings posted.

that H2 at 30,000 , had long history with them , loved them to bits , but shit not paying that when you can pick up a top end Ducati and even a Senna for a bit more. They were great back then, but 75 hp and iffy handling would wear off compared with bangs for bucks now.

A mate of mine younger than me (40 or so) has a BSA Bantam he restored. It was his Dads though so there is that.

To round off my points about Bantams. They just dont fly with me.
You just know first time it gets hot the miler electrics will be fried.
If lucas was the prince of darkness miller was punching above its weight in a whole new class.
I like my ignition hot but not my whole battery sunny side up.
Ps i have stuff right back to 1954 rright up to my Husaberg chock chaser

it's not even a hipster racer.
which has been modified into a cafe racer or lane splitter whatever you want to call it

Looks more like a Wayside Pusher than a Lane Splitter.

He calls it a lane splitter. First time I've seen that expression used. The mirrors on my bike are "Lanesplitter" though.

Nah nah nah. Mate that as I've said before was accidentally hard coded into the original Tardme software. Think it's still there for testing purposes. Seems to be able to change the price. It was 15 then 17. 18. 20. Now 30.

I have to say that is a beautifully well made kit. The trike it self is significantly better that HD's stock version.

Pretty limited market though - we had some stats up on KB the other day maybe 40 riders killed last year? If that? A percentage of them will be HD die-hards (see what I did there), others would not go near a Hog.

What you need to do is take out the coffin sliders, make the trailer watertight with a opening roof, fill it with water and couple of bikini clad lasses and charge punters for 'swim' time.

You would also need rules like taxis have if your chunder in their cab - but with this set-up it would be something else floating around in the water that would be of concern.
