Why then waste 2g on that pile
My neighbours are more than a few hundred meters away I am not sure if they even have washing lines so unlikely.
Thanks for sharing another one of your fetishes though, we will add that to the loitering around the public toilets and the begging random dude to perform fellatio that also appeal to you.
Oh, I wont be spending anything on it. But I like it and I said I'd go a grand for it if I was going to.
Think i spent $200 on all the stuff to make my street tracker legal, speedo, lights, switch blocks, and a whole bunch of other stuff. That CX wouldn't cost fuck all to get to an awesome rat bike.
Look mum, no brakes.

Look at those nasty gold detail touches. . .
Oh. Wait. . That was factory 'midnight I'm very special' version.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
Oh. It's not available until April. Takes a while to apply the exhaust wrap.
Have to see if it still employs Flintstone feet brakes. Bet that would be fun explaining to a wof dude. Where's the camera? It's not my birthday till next week. Johnno sent you yeah?

You are missing an opportunity here dave didn't you say you had the Triumph calipers with the right spacing for the Yams of that period RZ etc
Missed the seat colour, the tank is that late Kawsaki retro?
I always liked the look of those engines (XJ750)
i remember the XJ600's fondly they were a nice middle weight but clearly no ace rep so they died out.
Can't remember the last time i seen one they were pretty common
one sort or modern Triumph 4 pots bolt on to the RZ's.

I cant see them being that different.
Check out the spacing and see if they are 83mm
You might also find the big Bremos discs bolt on as well. although you will need a new bracket then.
If you want to keep it period looking there are other bigger Yamaha discs or even fork bottoms.
Had an XJ900 for a while. Bloody good bike, proved to many a person that shaft drives wheelie just fine.
Haven't seen the one I used to own since I sold it, was still running fine when it left my place with 80k on it.
I think like a lot of the less exotic 80's stuff they got parked when the exhaust rotted out and at the time they weren't worth the money to bother fixing, once they've been sitting for a few years and the rego is dead it's a long way back.
Riding cheap crappy old bikes badly since 1987

It just seems odd they are not the ones being dragged out by the hipsters for the Brown seat and ex wrap treatment on mass maybe they are to modern looking.
They were a usefull bike dont see many GT750 Kawasaki's either they were common arround the same time.
I had a feeling Richard Scott proddy raced one at the Castrol or something
