Bsa restorers agrue over if the borrani or Dunlop rims are correct, when both can be.
USA BSA models can be nothing like the catalog pictures.
But i think Ducati takes the cake for changing bits brake calipers and numerous other stuff during production runs.
I have a feeling the CB750 Honda may have changed from 40 to 36 spokes during its run.
Really? I thought it ws only Kawkasaki that did fourty spokes.

Honda used to run 32 spoke rear wheels on the bigger MX bikes.
But most of the 65 and 85 bikes were also 28 and 32 spokes. cant remember what was at what end.
Pretty sure the Honda cub was 32 spoke both ends and it saved them millions of dollars to do this compared to 36 spoke as the legend goes.
Jesus! I'm going to forget this post and make life simple.
