I applaud the fact that machines like these are able to be produced and sold. Whether you like them or not. Fantastic. I'll stick with my Hayabusa though. Having sat on the Boss Hog and started it , a little part of me wonders what it would be like to ride.
Somebody should put the Millyard Viper into production.

Jezuz the worst bike I ever rode was a ST1300. Just getting it off the sidestand was hard. I pulled over at the first servo to check the tyre pressure. No, they're all like that sir.

The ST1300 I had was a lovely machine, very smooth. Only had it for 12 months though. You must have had a bike with dodgy tyres.

Having just got off my old 1050 Tiger, a tall and top heavy bike, I still wasn't prepared for how heavy that piece of shit was. Did amuse myself with the power screen for a short while, but was happy to give it back. A 'mercan V8 in a bike would be quantum times heavier.

Haven't ridden the bike but sitting on it and starting it was interesting . The weight of the machine and the sheer dimensions were mind blowing . The sound it made when it fired up were startling. My mate at work is selling this, evidently has an offer at 40k.

Sounds like a good deal to me. 502ci Cadillac motor.

There is a 1958 Tiger 100 on there for a good price and I know the owner, If I did not already have a Tiger 100 I'd be down on that.

My friendly local Honda dealer loaned me an ST1300 for a ride around Mt Egmont/Taranaki, about 160k distance. I don't recall the weight as being a problem but was impressed at the comfort of the suspension. Oh, and like you I fiddled with the screen for a while. Doesn't everyone?

In Britain there are complaints of some ST1300s developing a weave, this problem has caused at least one fatal crash. The one I read of was a cop and I wondered if that might not be attributed to the way the cops load the bike. BIKE said some do it, some don't.

MY dealer was very friendly and I got to ride almost the whole range from the Grom to the a six cylinder Gold Wing and Valkyrie. Now those latter were heavy when you slowed down.

    RIP Craig.

Great place that Amanos, excellent pastries and large Latte take the edge off a hard morning's emailing, didn't realise you were doing a side hustle there
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

Assuming you're talking about Adrenalin, who have one of these, I haven't dealt with them but have been in the shop a few times just to be nosy. The owner seems like a decent enough bloke, seems to be doing it for the passion rather than the business. Lots of cool old two strokes.

edit: OK nevermind I see there is actually a new classic motorcycles shop here at the Mount. Will have to check it out.
