To the owners credit it doesnt have a brown seat. Because lime green so fits in with the rest of the colour scheme.
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.

It's a lot, but the price of those is only going one way.

These, maybe not so much. . .

I think they will be returning to original elements in a one way chemical reaction.

9831 Euros is nearly $17,000. OK it's an interesting bike but NZ$16,739 goes a long way toward some interesting modern machinery.

Those things were so wildly unsuccessful that Honda crushed the remaining stock.
I guess, like such lemons as the parallel twin Ducati and the Bimota V Due, that makes them collectable.

I remember a line of about 700 outside Sawyer Coming Honda as the school bus went past. I think they were giving them away with every VF750. Oh dear.

The MVX was only sold in Japan, Aus and NZ.
Apparently in Japan, one accessory was a dummy fourth muffler/pipe.

they were $3454 here, RZ yamahas $4400 and RG's $5400, $1k step up each time was huge at that end of the spectrum.

I did my part. I collided with one at W(h)anganui and sent it cartwheeling down the road. First time out for the rider. He went to hospital, the bike went to the wreckers, his mates came over for a chat. There was a bit of a mixup with which class was supposed to be out for practice. It was all Jim Steadman's fault. He passed the guy quite close on his right which made him jump to the left, exactly where I was going past.

The MVX was cool WAY cool.. a over night fuck up but soooo cool.
several mates had em in the day all popped a pod one after another, it was simple the timing did not match the fuel mix... the middle piston was twice the weight of the other two, and them ya cant get... even tho back in the day we used CR pistons and they could be ramped up to keep with the other brands, they still didn't last long... built over night to compeat was never going to work Honda hated strokers... but if, Soichiro had built a inline six four stroke 250 it would have left the rivals in their smoke...

Ok, so he does say more photos to come, but jesus fuck, his first effort is so dark you can barely identify a motorcycle. Why the fuck did he post this up without, I dunno, making the bike visible?

I just sold dad's car. I took it to 4 locations and took photos just to showcase it in a positive manner. Point of difference to all the other driveway or car yard pictures.

This is the other end of the scale.

    Turn the fucking light on!

Here's another sorry set if photos. One is accidentally in focus

My favourite is the second pic; the close up of the LH side of the bike.

Yeah that's a doozie. I was scanning the brake backing plate to try identify damage linking it to my stolen one circa 1985. So maybe he was trying to foil that as I could barely tell if the brakes had cables let alone some casting damage..
