I reckon people purchased them just for the headers.

Sister in law had one in blue years back. Nice bikes.

Beauty is on the eye of the beholder and all that. (Wash it out with Optrex - Roger McGough?)

IMNSHO the 350 was one of the prettiest bikes ever and I thought Honda blew it when they brought out the 400. Nothing of which has anything to do with how they go. I had a CB500 back then and that's probably not on anybody's list of good looking bikes.

I agree about the 350 being pretty. I was privvy to a friends one having the engine pulled apart and the engine internals were a work of art. Tiny little pistons etc. I don't recall why it was stripped down as it was only a couple of years old. I recall the 'Mechanic' pulled the engine apart completely then lost some bits and broke others. It never was on the road again.

I had a 400/4 and it was a much better bike to ride.

The 400 is a better bike to rider better riding position and the few mm bore job made for a sweeter engine
the 6 speed box of the 400 is a bit of over kill.
My father still has a 350 four last time I looked the factory pipes were about 5K, that's why my old man has a 400/4 4 into one.
The seat looks wrong on the 400/4and the 350 Four tank is to short as well.
Frame wise I don't think there is little difference.
I brought the old man a NOS 350/4 frame from Whittings for his birthday one year, I think it was $125.

And no one wants a B120 this bad

Mint condition. Well, it would have been expensive to redo the rusty chrome and corroded ally. Far easier to paint it, um, whatever colour that might be.

The bike was blue. I don't think I ever seen another CL about like them other than the Old OLD CL175's CL350 and 450's

I have no problem with the bike. Well, aside from the clear coated rusty tank which is trying too hard- the motorcycle equivalent of factory ripped jeans. (Apparently it's done with lasers now which is both cool while also being super tragic).
But the price is, well Optimistic, hence it's inclusion.

Almost posted the McIntosh TZ350. It doesn't belong here but I think it's cool. Would like to see it in real life. But they say don't meet your heroes.
