That ugly 'boat tail' Harley is a likely podium finisher as well. If it's still around.

He seems delightful. Just reading the listing I would have no problem buying a bike off him.

But how much grappa had he drunk ? Just cos it's a rare Guzzi, it doesn't mean it's valuable.

Guzzi, like plenty of others, made mistakes along the way.

In dads shed is two Ducati 2 strokes i think 80cc jelly mould tanks place them at early to mid 60's.
i think they only made them for a few years so have to be worth more then a round case 750 sport on this basis
i have never seen another one let alone two.
i will never sell my dads one as it was his ride to work bike in the 60's and has earles forks he made.
they look like this the bike not the condition lol.

I have that CL175 you know you want for the urban ride to work.
or the 350/4 you8 would have to be a RUL to afford the exhausts for it.

Yes, the 500 was always a Mach 3. But the side panel badging doesn't look period correct.

I had a blue one too.

is that your CL175 on tardme for $5k? I have been tempted by that. I also would like a 350/4 but as a piece of jewellery. It wouildnt even need innards in the engine - just be shiny and up on a shelf somewhere.

I still have pangs of guilt when I see a CL175. I was only there when a mate decided to put low bars on his. So the wires run through the bars. But that looked a bit difficult my mate reasoned. Butchery ensued. I was so wet I didn't challenge him until it was too late.
Virtually every bike thereafter he's had, developed electrical issues. Which he has tried to fix. With repeatable results.

The worst bit is the CL got sold to some random in the classifieds. Who turns out to be my riding instructor 2 weeks later. And a mate to this day. Despite the fucked wiring bike.
Don't you look at my accountant.
