He is dreaming on the price a quick TM search:

    Dealer: 2013 RR, 70,000 kms $11 k

    07, 42,000kms $7k (Repsol paint as well)

    2015 Repsol, 9,000 kms $15k

    09 27,000 kms $11 k

    And on it goes.

    Just had another look...

I see hdc has asked about the "new motor", but as his question is visible I suspect that the question is not going to get an answer...

So it looks like he's a failed motorcyclist if he's getting rid of his gear. Do you want to buy my Walter Mitty dream? Just what I paid for it, no more.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Yep, busts out the eBay special, Pakistani made "Alpinestars" suit with Suzuki Ecstar stitched into it, and a 3 year old Gixxer with a Chinese fairing kit haha.. I know people here who do stuff like that!

Not sure what his sexual orientation has to do with it?

I dunno about the 996R.. Sure it's all carbon bodywork and very trick, but I was never a fan of the Testastretta engine or the fairing design. I much prefer the Desmoquattro and styling of the 996S.. Which is why I bought one, I guess..

That price isn't too optimistic. The last time I saw a 996R selling here in Aus it was over $60k... I was tempted but thought I'd save myself forty five grand and get the bike I prefer haha!

Thinking of going to Super Cheap and buying a couple 'R' stickers for my Ducati. Add thousands overnight.

10k for a 12 year old GSXR1000? Maybe if it was brand new. But at 50 odd k? Fuck off, and as a dealership, shame on you.
