If your referring to the three small bedroom, ktichen, bathoom, toilet weatherboard, tin roof, single light and PPt in each room.....er no.

But, that's the one that gets compared to today's unaffordable mcmansions.

The point is prices are no longer related to the cost of supply.

I'm not interested until it gets to the 100k mark.

Y'all will be thrilled to know that Trump is rolling Dodd Frank back as part of his deregulation programme. So the same fucking idiots are free to do the same ol' same ol' all over again.

What, lend money to people that can't afford to repay it?

Or flog the toxic debt off to unsuspecting 3rd parties?

It's likely they'll try to do both 'cause a lot of people made a lot of money last time around and nobody was called to account. Obama said the banks were too big to fail so they got govt bail outs and then payed themselves big bouses.

    That's interesting,
I spent a week in Brisbane in February helping a mate sort out a few bikes, including a YZ490.
I set the timing two degrees late & it was less of a bitch in general, although still a bitch.
We were pondering how things like that ever got made by 60kg Asians.
