    It seems all the exhaust valves hit, even if ever so lightly on the rear bank. All have carbon deposits missing. Front bank seems all good though.

    that was bloody lucky, must have been a lot of force to brake a shim as they are bloody hard. I would replace the valve for piece of mind as it has had a lot of force fed though it.

    It looks as if all exhaust valves on rear bank have floated into pistons as the pistons have carbon deposits missing. The spring on that particular valve also appears much easier to compress than the others so it may also be damaged. Might get another head if possible and use this for spares
