    Probably not a road bike, but...

    This would be mental. At any level. On the road (unlikley) or the track. Wanna own the track? If you're a good enough rider, this could do it.

    And you're unlikely to see another one...

    I was just poking fun He makes it very clear/seems upfront what is and isn't there I thought.

    Someone with deep pockets will have fun with it one way or another.
