Not fair, I have 2 engines for my 50 and both are in ice cream containers, bits are being sourced from Japan, Holland and the States, when you live in Europe you don't realize how lucky you are when it comes to buying parts.

Ok walked into that but if you can knock me up a con rod kit and a nice single ringed piston for my 50 then I'll shout you a dozen Waikato Browns. While you are at it I need a swinging arm and shock for the RS frame.
You are lucky that you are a skilled sidecar manufacturer or else you would have had to buy a rig. Did you see the Scooter rig that finished the GP?

Get your cash ready, you will have a couple of months to save up. When working up filthy diesels are the cams called RACE cams or re-profiled??

I've been working on stator plate conversion for my 50 engine. Bit at a time though. Have kids by myself all weekend as wife at the old's batch with her mummy mates getting pissed up. This is my swapsy for going away for a weekend racing at the GP. Note how early I'm up. That said the other dads are paying for my racing too effectively. Haha.

Pull it apart and check connections. Mine died of vibration but was fixable to make it more robust. Guess they never expected it to be on a bike engine. If can keep away and just hold by hoses may be better isolated. Actually mine has cable ties to a frame plate.

I have found it hard to work or sleep since the Gp. All I want to do is build a better bike. I spoke to every guy I know that builds race cars, bikes or engines. Ran ideas past mechanical engineers, industrial chemists, metallurgist and Rob/Tz. Been on line for hours reading all I can from Bell and Blair. Looked at photo's and video's of engines, intakes, exhausts, carbs, cams, gears, bearing, seals any thing I could find.

Then Annie said "You have to stop now"

I wrote down all the stuff that's in my head, now I'm sleeping again

I have an Fxr motor that is proper fucked. I pulled it down and looked at every part of it to see what we can do to improve it or if it is worth doing any thing to it. I cut the head in half to get a good look at the ports.

Hopefully we can build an engine as good as the Rich and the Scott's.
Now I have to stop looking at the FxrClick image for larger version.

ooh well there's your problem right there; ports should be in the cylinder wall, not the head. Silly man.
