Without wanting to have a go at you (at least in this instance), how do you manage to reconcile what he says with your support of Russia?

Yes I accept that Russia Prob plays the same geopolitical games as the west but It seems to do it with some sort of self respect and honesty.

Where as the yanks are going round deliberately destabilising perfectly good countries and wrecking lives in the process to meet their own goals. Even inventing reasons with false flag terror attacks.

Since Gorbachev and the destruction of the wall and the Soviet break up, Russia (federation) has begun to quietly move forward with democratic freedoms.

The USA on the other hand is getting worse at employing destabilising tactics and thinks it won the cold war over Russia by acting like a bully boy worldwide.

Putin is a leader of his people - Obama is a Zionist puppet - the worm has finally turned only the Russian public have realised this and the USA public have not!

No wonder the east don't want any part of them. The US has their hand so far up Yatsenyuk's and Poroshenko's arse they're tickling their tonsils!

The west hates Putin with a vengeance because he has basically told them to get fucked. For all his shortcomings, he has pulled Russia back from the brink of being totally fucked over by the west.
Personally, I don't really care about Putin or Poroshenko, but, what's going on in Ukraine, is part of a wider game involving the US trying to get the better of Russia, and not succeeding. If it needs to, the US will sacrifice Ukraine without a second thought if it can get what it wants. Kiev is a nice place and the people were friendly, but, once again, they're being used as pawns in the game......

How would you know what sort of idea I have when I talk about these things? I have spent quite a bit of time in both Russia and Ukraine and I speak both languages fluently. That leaves me in a position where I don't rely on the media to form my views. I also come from a country that enjoyed the "privilege" of being a satellite of the USSR once upon a time.
Russia is a barbaric, devious, untrustworthy and unreformed country and the people who defend her lack any sort of moral credit in my eyes.
Note that not once did I say what I think about the USA or they EU. A well founded hatred and distrust of Russia does not imply uncritical support of any other party, does it?
