Also I've included a reason not to drive drunk at the rally, poor guy is probably still going about in circles trying to find his tent. And the best balaclava for a full face helmet that I've seen. had us all in stitches.

Also met Darkrider and Plug from KB, nice to see them (met Grub at the Woodstock rally but couldn't remember him, alcohol related apparently)

Such a nice day today, Mrs V and I took a run down south this afternoon. A few bikes out and about, but not as many as I expected. Called Scumdog but he was either out riding or too hung-over.

I was actually worried because the invite said "no patches" so I left mine on my "badge vest" that I've got.

It was good to see ScumDog and Mrs S-D again also meet the Hollowman.
We had escort from the Dunedin branch of the boys in Blu's for about 25km.
We were having a break in Palmerston South and watched several H-D pass though also with an escort.
