Large naked muscle bike like GSX1400, XJR1300, Vmax or CB1300

I'm looking for a tidy GSX1400 or a XJR1300, Vmax or CB1300 with reasonable kms and near original condition. Am happy to travel as far as Wellington to collect the right bike.

Wot he said. The ZRX1200R is the forgotten muscle bike, and is way better than any of the others on the OP's list of contenders. Way better. They go, stop and handle beautifully. Mr K built the engine specifically for them, so it's not a detuned or resleeved version of another engine. It's also liquid cooled, which is something other bikes of that ilk can't boast. Yes, they have carburettors, the fuelling is quite sexy. And they're easy to spend all day (and all night) on top of, eating highway.

Hey Im keen on the ZRX 1200 too, just not many round. I'll look at anything in the big muscle bike range. ive had a GSx1400 before and know what they're like, and foolishly sold it to buy a Hayabusa, worst thing I ever done.
I do like the look of the ZRX, but the only ones Ive seen for sale lately are a bit rough.
