    This looks very weird - and would handle much worse than the normal hardly diddleson ...

    Looks like one of those "big wheel" tricycles the kids have. I suspect the pedals on the front wheel will be added later.

    It's sad.

    It is a custom 'bagger'.

    The bagger style is popular in the States and to be fair clean examples are very cool and practical. As per usual with any style gaining popularity the custom and show scene takes the style a bit further, then further then to the ridiculous extreme (remember the wide rear wheels ......).

    Current trend is for them to look like a full scale kids big wheeler some alien has puked over.

    Good review on factory baggers here and if you search 'custom bagger' you will see the other end of the spectrum.....
