not so, just have to settle for higher km's and not so perfect condition. A few scratches are to be expected on a 're-entry' bike anyway

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Yeah they come up sometimes but hardly ever in Chch, mostly in auckland & hamilton.which makes it quite a risk .

Im not dead set on a sportsbike either,i also like some of the cruisers out there, & could probably handle a 500ish cc cruiser due to the lower seat height.( im a short arse).

I got my 87 VFR in Chch for $1800, only had 24000k, but needed (still does) a new right fairing as was different colour. Also came with a yoshi pipe. Cheap bikes are out there you just have to look a bit harder sometimes.

    *cough*

GSXR's though more sport than tour perhaps are a lot more comfy than ZXR/CBR/ZXR's

EDIT: Would Delivery to CHCH at a good rate too. Probve its reliability by riding it down in two days

Umm....I think i just brought my new bike.
I jumped on trade me when I got home from work. & found this new listing.

rung the chap ,& while discussing the finer details, decided to hit "buy Now"

I thinks it a pretty cheap deal.

It had the seat recovered, Had a repaint,Near new tires,& apparantly runs very well,& quiet. in his words ,making a liar of the mileage.

Reg is on hold & apparantly breezes through wofs.
Its a risk i know ,but when talking to the guy I sensed he was a very legit old guy.
He hasnt been using it & is just simply over bike's.Prefers his merc instead.

I know there not that powerful. But of all the cruisers (jap) the Savage has always looked the nicest.
Cheez ive never even sat on one.... I must be mad eh.
