    I have bad memories about that Matawai road for some reason.
    Nice place to have lunch at Tekaha though.
    Think it is about 2.1/2hrs to TeKaha from Rotovegas at your normal pace, bit longer for the rear guard
    Looks like a good day for it.
    If i decide to go I will wait at Rotokawa Motors for you.

    Thanks to All for a really great ride today, Jimbo, Dragonfly, Ralph & BB2 from Tga(He actually came twice on different bikes??) Timmay & Eman & of course some mother on a R1 with slicks, think his name was Wayne Kerr?
    Great weather, great company thank you for an enjoyable day.
    Even took a couple of pics so may post them later.

    Yep cheers timmay, weestromer, eman, the trick on the R1, Ralf, BB2,jimbo and ben what a great day, thanx for the good company, awesome roads had some unxpected new experiences today as well all good till next time.

    today was wikkid! not much beats the sound of 3 or 4 inline4s on song and doing that 'harmonics' thing...love that sound!

    'moment of the day' was the whole section from Waihau Bay back to Opotiki - that was a great run with the 'special needs one' and steve...awesome!

    actually, on the way out there i was thinking it'd be cool to 'arrange' a photo shoot on a nice bend looking out to sea, or summat like that...
