Ride to Wharepapa South
slickD, r4q2, me, WS (?), Goblin (?), are keen on making the most of the weather tomorrow! so,

meeting at Tokomaru Mobil at 11am. (prob leave Rotovegas @10ish)
leave from Tok @11.15 for some local fun, heading for Wharepapa South cafe'.
have a coffee, jug (aye korn? ), then mosey off on some local roads maybe finish up back at the cafe'...whatevers...

it ain't gonna be a long ride, but should be good to get out for a bit!

The first 80miles were wikkid! Some great roads through "there". Weather was superb, enough to get a sweat up, and the traffic was non-existant!

My chain snapped (or rather, the wussy clip-link thingy did) so it took 3-4hrs to get that sorted at Phils Motorcycles in Putaruru. (top dudes! check 'em out for chains & kit prices!).
Ended up shortening the chain and taking it easy riding home. At home i threw my smaller front sprocket on, giving me 'normal' slack again.

I've just managed to find the "press-fit" link from my kit, so will get that fitted tomorrow.

Big apologies for mucking up a (until then) wikkid day out, lads... Thanks for not abusing me (altho' i'm sure that'll come...)

so the riffer is geared a lil lower now eh? might help to get it up a lil easier (like you were trying to do when.........)
