Changing 89 kx250 to 6 speed (using gearset from kmx200a)

Hey all, i'm selling my kx250 and just been thinking since I have acquired a parts bike, would it be possible/ worthwhile to swap the gearset from the parts bike (kmx200) into the kx250 I've got. Just something I thought of when looking over the parts bike seeing what I could use off it. Being Kawasaki it'd either be possible or not worth the hassle. I'd say if it was a kdx200 or something then it'd be a possibility. Just something maybe the new owner would maybe want. In my opinion the kx is a bit low geared or could do with another gear, thought this last time I rode it. thoughts>??

If you want to do it as a project, then go for it, but it won't really make any difference to the value of the bike, so I wouldn't do it just for the extra money. If it's under geared, then take a look at changing your sprockets.
