Late 90's - early 00's Jap supersport, what have you got?!

Hi there,

A friend of mine has $3k - $4k to spend on a bike. He is after a Japanese super-sport, preferably a 600 but anything considered.
Early fuel injected models preferred, but carbed isn't out of the question.
A tidy SRAD would be peeeerrrrfect, but it really depends on what is out there in his price range.

So if you have something that possibly fits the description let me know and I'll pass on your details.
