    Suzuki GSX250 engine lag?

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right forum this time...

After riding my bike for a while (after about 30 minutes), I notice she seems to lag when taking off on 1st from lights, or whathaveyah. I have to turn the throttle a lot more than normal just to get her to respond.

What could be the issue? Can the problem be easily fixed, or should I take the girl to get serviced?

    Thanks!

    Nothing springs to mind.

A bloocked air or fuel filter usually do the opposite.

Did it start doing it after you ran on reserve? Drain the carbs and see if there is water or gunk in the fuel.

I would be thinking carb float floats are a bit high, so it's flooding a bit, If its left idling for a some time does it stall? alternatively if you blip the throttle a few times does it stop it bogging down?

When you have ridden the bike for 30 minutes turn it off and open the tank, is there a whoosh of air, could be a blocked breather
