    Lost TT Trophy

Rode down to Manfield on my BMW R90S on Thursday to swing on F1 sidecar over the weekend at the NZSBK. Had a great weekend (even though Burt Wolland and I had mixed luck on the chair) On the way home at Wiaouru it was getting a bit chilly so stopped to put a jersey on under my jacket, carried on and got home at 8pm. Noticed that my left pannier had buggered off at Kihikihi so was pretty effed off. Rapped up in a towel in the pannier was my 3rd place trophy for the NZSBK14 NZTT from the weekend before at Taupo. The pannier was on the bike at Wiaouru so fell of somewhere after that. If any body finds it I'd appreciate it and thanks in advance....I know its a long shot though

Please contact the MNZ Office, as a member of the public has found this and contacted us, we were in the process of tracking down the owner. If you phone us 07 8287852, we can then give you the person's name and number who found it.

Thanks Vicki. I have contacted Murray, the guy who found it...a fellow Beemer owner as it happens, and will visit him tonight. A box of Steinnys for his trouble and it's restored my faith in my fellow bikers...there really are good buggers out there!

Let me know what state the pannier is in & if you still need my one or parts of it.

Thanks Steve. Murray reckons it's a bit garked up but he thinks the latches are still okay. Let you know later tonight.

Or to quote Robbie Phillis when he was being interviewed by a stuck up German woman on TV, "well were not here to fuck spiders"
