i find tire warmers to much like hard work . l should at lease pull the bike out and give it a once over , 12 year old tires should be fine

Maybe we need to revise the rules to make it more Formula style. Remove some restrictions?

Fuck that! I'm fitting race rubber to a bog standard RF900 with a hundred thousand k's on the clock. Don't want people out there on effectively modern superbikes do ya?

Realistically, 90s F1/2/3 could be cool. A full F1 spec R1 would near cut nationals superbike pace I should expect. Mibbee not quite minute fives round Manfeild, but well sub tens.
