More hi-tech speed cameras

Actually I've seen a cop a few times on, is it Oram Rd? Just after you come down off the hill from Mercer - before the straight stretches leading up to Hampton.

I don't necessarily see something every week, but I see them frequently enough. I usually go south Thurs or Fri and north Sunday.

I spotted a camera on Awhitu Road just north of Waiuku yesterday. And when I checked the police database, there are 2 other cameras in the area on Glenbrook Road near Kingseat and Waiuku Road near Mauku.

I might have been going a little over 100 on the way home past the Kingseat one, so hopefully it doesn't face west!

All new so must be accident blackspots. Yet none on SH22?

Was riding thru the Waterview tunnel yesterday making sure I was doing 80...watching this guy in an old shitter zig zagging across all three lanes. So much for the large warning signs for speed and staying in lane.
