    There's a ZZR400 engine under a bench at work tentatively earmarked for mobility scooterdom.

    On account of I got sprung with similar plans for a Shiver engine.

    Aye, saw that a while ago.

    Took a couple of watches but I sussed something weird at the end of run corner. The scooter trundles off into the lumpy bits and you lose sight of it until it passes the car again a minute later. WTF?

    Then it occurred to me that the scooter almost certainly has a solid rear axle. No diff. And unless the chassis is carefully designed to flex like a proper cart and he knows how to make that work he's going to have all sorts of problems changing direction.

    So I'm considering minimum effort differential tricks...
