I suspect the value will decrease as man made diamonds become more common. I would rather they were mass produced and cheap because they can have so many industrial uses beyond long life abrasion/cutting disks. (and trading for sexual favours from the ladies)
Na they've already segregated the man made market to try stop that from happening. They wanna make sure you believe the "expensive" natural flawed diamond is worth way more than the "cheap" flawless man made one

Didn't really, just thought it was a pretty good quick run down on the diamond market & it appeared on my "what to watch" YouTubes list. I've known most this shit for awhile now
As for engagement ring, na brought that a couple years back for 7$; Wedding ring was only 90$ no diamonds on either, tho the engagement ring might have had cubic zirconia on it

You want rare stone...Tanzanite stones are more rare than Diamonds...
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

The idea of 'wearing' part of your late ex seems a bit creepy to me. But the fact that they can make them now is pretty cool - the stones themselves are boring to look at though, bit like mens suits, or an Audi. None of the stuff we think is worth anything is really worth anything, beyond food and water it's all a conceit.
