Clunking noise on the rear wheel?

Hey guys recently got a 2009 cb400 (10xxxkms) and just wondering why this sound is occurring? I've tighten the chain to its right specs to try fix this problem but when I take the wheel off the ground and put to gear it still makes that clicking sound?? The faster the wheel spins the more frequent the sound??
I tested whether the wheel bearing is worn by trying to shake the tire off but no play. All intact to the axle (while on rear paddock stand).
The sounds coming from either the rear sprocket or centre of the wheel. Not sure.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated
