Good point, looks like it! At all the previous J days I've attended, there has always been a police presence, yet the cops just stand there looking really bored because everyone is just so chilled out that no one starts scraps or vandalizes property, so the cops have no work to do. Contrast that to the legal drug, alcohol, and the obvious harm it causes by watching the behaviour of the drunk idiots on the weekends outside the pubs.

It wouldn't surprise me, while the people who make the laws usually see no problem in consuming alcohol. That's hypocrisy at its worst.
