    Scummy rip off windscreen washers. Always in the way when you 're filtering to the front of the queue, and do a shite job. Paying one of them to clean your screen is like paying a working woman for a hand job and getting just a single tug.

    If you think that's bad, you haven't seen anything unless you've been to South Africa. The windscreen washers at the traffic lights there are often on meth packing a hand gun.

    And they clean your windscreen with a filthy, muddy rag that probably makes it dirtier than it was before.

    Me thinks one of the councillers tried the product after their windscreen was washed!!!
    If the legal high fiasco was long and drawn out then this new bylaw must be the next worse ineffective legislation to come out of local or central govt....
    It seems they've managed to ban but not ban something at same time....
