That's great news, have some awesome memories of many past events.
Thought the PC Brigade had fucked this event for good.
Looks like the Friday nights are now out though.

R you going over the G Annie?
If so could you stop at Ngamatea Station, climb the gate, go to the right hand fence line and tucked in between the fence post and the red and white 1080 sign you will find a key.
Love to collect that from you one of these days me ol mate.
it's for Ratbags "old" bike lock. The one bt cut off cause the instruction ( same as above) was too hard to follow.
it was put there at Easter this year when on day 3 of a 4 day Easter ride her Kwakasaki's gear bag ruptured and we had to leave it securely locked to the fence under the pine trees on the right.
Maybe if you could put the plywood sign back out on the road for me, the roadworks guys might find it again. I had used it to make sure the bike d min"t slip over.
One day the Cold Duck is gunna make me hit list.'
Turangi for the FBMC this weekend mate.

yea going over G/annie, not as much a challenge these days being tar sealed all way , so some of us are riding baby bikes . ( Suzuki 100, Suzuki stinge,r me on 1980 Honda cb125) more of a challenge than on big road bikes

Yeah, na! Try Mrs Caseye and I on a bandit, my poor baby ( the bandit ) suffered for the last 40-50 K's out the GA to taihape when her bike destroyed it's gearbag at Ngamatea.
Took about 5-10 K's to get us both back into the swing of things then we left our escort ( BFTP member Murray) way behind. Hadn't doubled anyone let alone Mrs C for about a hundrid years.
Yes seriously that will be some fun me ol mate.

Cold Duck? Mild duck at the most!
It really wasn't all that cold and much less rain than I was expecting, overall it was pretty good. Nice ride home too.

Faaark, Wooosed out because of all the rain in Vegas in the morning. Mates from Auckland went down and rubbed it in on sunday how the weather was ok over that side.
