WIL Sport EJC wildcards
Wil Sport Wildcard – 4 rounds
We would like to offer up our wildcard bike for a young rider or riders to ride one or more of the last 4 rounds of the European Junior Cup – a support class to the World Superbikes.
A wildcard ride usually costs Euro 2,100 per round. However Wil Sport will cover the first Euro 1,500 of each round for the rider. We believe if you have to pay a small share, you’ll be more committed.
While we can assist with the logistical planning of getting up to and around Europe the rider will still be responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance , licence and of course crash damages.
We often hear riders just need a chance. Well. This is your chance.
All the riders and their families currently in the EJC have made sacrifices to be here and are fighting every round to stay here. Which is why the competition is so tough.
So if you’re committed, determined and looking to advance your riding skills and you are aged 14-19 years of age – this is where you need to be riding.
We’ll make sure you have an unforgettable experience.
To learn more contact Phil London on phil@wilsport.co.nz .
Tell us why this is important to you and what your goals are for racing.
The final 4 rides are:
Misano. Italy 20-22nd June
Portimao, Portugal, 4-6th July
Jerez, Spain, 5-7th September
Magny Cours, France 3-5th October.
We would suggest doing at least 2 rounds to make the trip more cost effective. Because of the 2 month gap between Portimao and Jerez you should target either the first 2 or the second 2 rounds.
The decision will be made by the Wil Sport team of riders and management.
We look forward to you joining us.
WIL Sport.
If Choppa and the Fujitsu Scholarship guys and Baillies team reckon they can use some of the scholarship funds to get there, I would be willing to match my original donation. Anyone else?
At the moment, Baillie seems to be the best bet for a good performance, if not only for the reason that he is racing a lot.
Jerez and Magny Cours are closer together distance wise than Misano and Portimao, but the other two are closer time wise.
