Hi, The one under the seat is for the 2 stroke oil that will mix with the fuel and the one down by the clutch is for the gearbox oil, we have always used putoline GP10 for the gearbox oil and for the engine oil any 2 stroke engine oil will be fine although we used the putoline mx5 as well.

Hiya, bit more info to add to other post
it will have 800 cm3 stamped near the filler cap(1 cm3 is 1 ml) use 10w-40 is good, change it regular as its cheap and there is no filter as such in the engine, just above the rear brake pedal is a 10 mm bolt in the clutch cover( you'll see it's out on its own), with the bike upright remove this bolt and check you have oil coming out(this is the ideal oil level) you can tilt bike right and left to see when oil stops and starts coming out hole. re fit bolt(ensure it has the fiber sealing washer on it) and re tighten.
the two stroke tank(under seat) gets filled to top (ish)with any good two stroke motorcycle oil, and this will last for months so remember to check level from time to time, clean the air filter when you change oil,
