I guess the breed of the horse doesn't matter, its the temperment of the animal that counts. Someone told me that having a big window in the front of the float helps. Me, when I go behind any horse I like to leave a decent gap between me and the back legs.Yeah, lucky it was a shire horse and not a spirited quarter horse or the like.
