Friday night and haven't been able to take the bike out while we've had some good weather...or use any of my gas guzzlers....effing virus crap.

And Dangerous just reinforced that realisation with his phone call tonight...

Yeah my rego is overdue but pension day is tomorrow so I'll pay that and put the battery on for it's fortnightly charge. If we get the go ahead tonight at 4.00PM I will actually be able to go somewhere.

Worked all through the lockdown and with a 60k round trip to work each day gotta say i enjoyed the lack of traffic, took the TL out there today (apologised to neighbors for the early awaking when i got home this arvo) and glad i did, traffic was horrendous to be fair.

Got a WOF on my gas guzzler pick-up truck the week before lock-down - then couldn't use it!

Had planned to take the GT-P over to the All Ford day over in Westport at the end of this month but sadly like most things its been cancelled, still got the two weeks off so may well head over there in the truck, when i say truck its nothing like your beast mate,i bought a Triton D/cab awhile back and like the thing as a do anything go anywhere blah blah,1st diesel anything ive owned and despite my pre conceived ideas about them really enjoy the thing for what it is.

Exactly that happened to my elderly neighbour with his 56 Chev. So he spent lockdown changing it over from a holley 750 double pumper to Sniper fuel inj. The thing only has a 60l fuel tank FFS! Anyway, we were laughing about all that while I was programming in all the parameters etc yesterday. His eyes are too useless to read now so...
it started up first pop and ran sweet, no test drive yet tho...

Did they think everyone would struggle to make it under their own power ? not enough tow trucks in the region?
