Yep, some days shit happens. Mine was last Tuesday... didn't pick up a mistake on the drawing (not my problem some would say) and wasn't till I came to do finishing paths on a large 7075 aluminium plate (1022 mm x 605 mm x 65 mm and at a guess worth 2.5 k) on the Mazak CNC Machining Centre that I program and run. Had already had about 2k worth of work done on it by me the week before. Not really my mistake but I always tear myself up about these things
Glad I'm not fitting the bill for that lot and the boss was pissed off, but understanding when he saw the drawing. Still picked up my pay this week so all's good

I hate that shit, somehow you always manage to feel guilty no matter how fcuked up the spec's were. I've got a job on atm involving components spec'd by the client that I don't actually think are going to be up to the job. There's no doubt who's fault any failure will be though. Orta have told 'em fuck right from the get-go.
