Birkenhead medical centre is close to you (Rawene St), but it's not open on Saturday. However, they're open to 6 or whatever. 419 1636.

    Ways to gain weight
    1. CHOCOLATE Chocolate & more chocolate.
    2. Stop smoking & eat more chocolate
honestly I always ate chocolate, no problems, but when I stopped smoking 5yrs (?) ago (& became the bitch from hell for awhile) I started to grow & sadly just kept on growing.
Try the above and the rest off your diet can be normal & well balanced but the above will get you in the end along with throwing in a few beers or bourbon / midori..... in to help accelerate the weight gain.
One important factor I have to mention. AGE! yup get to ya mid 30's you won't even need to try it'll just happen

Seriously get your tests done and if alls well just eat a well balanced diet & know you can splurge on Choc... anything you like. Nutritionlist advice is a good thing to help you do it right.
    Good luck.

I find I put weight ON if I eat processed food ...... so I don't. I wouldn't recommend it for weight gain, however, because it's full of all sortsa crapola you wouldn't want in your system anyway?

Sounds too simple but, if there's no medical reason for the low weight, you could do worse than eat three or four extra slices of bread and butter a day -- slow but effective [and less harmful provided you are sensible about the type of bread you choose] .... also, a couple of spoonsful of mixed crushed nuts over your brekky cereal.

Number 2 is the hardest because just about everything here is rubbish mass produced food.

I'm much like my father in the sense that we're both skinny critters, and I've always had a problem putting on weight and then keeping it on...

    Any tips or suggestions?
This is what you want to do: deadlifts = mass, increase your complex carbs, eat as much steak as you can.

Squats or deadlifts are good. Machine exercises are for homos and girls who are weak.

Yes, and are better. Hits your whole body, strengthens your lower back. Best to get somone to show you. Without correct form you could fuck your back.

I wonder what would happen if you took a anti-estrogen, and cycled it with a prohormone like DHEA?
