The real question - did the van slow down traffic - I bet everyone driving along who saw it slowed down significantly. Maybe ditch the radar and start beaching some cop cars/vans on danger raods

or just some paper cutouts of pictures of them. they used to do that if you remember.

Made a nice job of the reflection on the wet ground then.

Call it genuine. Too much digital noise, ie the original has been taken with crappy phone. You really need to start with a good original for photoshop trickery otherwise its like trying to polish a turd.
The reflections and other bits all look just right.
I'd say he's backed up with frosty mirrors and guestimated where he was while backing into driveway to turn around.
