Anyone retrofitted D3o armour to a jacket or whatever?

I was lurking about on the Urban rider site and see they have this armour (with corresponding shoulder and back pieces.

Price seems reasonable and D3O is supposed to be the shizzle. My thought is that it might be a bit less bulky and a bit more impact absorbing than the foam and plastic armour in my current every day jacket (a Triumph branded one Lawton I think is the model).

Just thought I would ask the question prior to pushing the button.

Hey wow that stuff is still around! I remember looking into it around 2002 or so from memory when they had just created it and were hitting people on the head with shovels :-)
