If the O2 sensor is not working they will run on the choke, you can normally tell by ruff running, and smell of the exhaust and sometimes a bit smoke

Easy and cheap to through in a new sensor

I may just do that. Once I find it.

Will see if Ripco have them.

It will be in the exhaust pipe, look for the wires that run to the pipe.

That was my plan. Along with buying the new part and looking for something that matched.

I guess info a Mada 323 would also be suitable - and no I don't have anything to help.

I had an early 90s 626/Telstar gas-o-holic that got cured by a new autochoke. Seems pretty likely the O2 sensor could've been a culprit within the autochoke to make it run rich.

Don't pay any money on it in a hurry anyway, old bLasers are a worthy icon. Someone'll help you out.

Usually both, and better service (not as many blank looks as you get from Ripco staff)

The Auto chokes often do that.

Just take the O2 sensor out and buff it clean. Quite often all they need and worth a try.

True that, the guys at bnt seem to actually understand what the part is that you want, rather than what's the rego number and i can't find it on the picture on my computer, but i can sell you some flash anodised fittings for your hoses bro
