Why did you use the puke smillie? Is it because you reckon feet are gross? If that is the case then, yes you'r opinion is backed up by the general conception of feet being unhiginic and undesiarable (toe jams, yuk!). Since society has this conseption, it then becomes sort of like a taboo. Then quite a few people are aroused by something that is frowned upon by society as something bad or naughty or quite simply wrong!

Therefore when one undergoes sexual act with feet, I asume they feel as though they are being rebelious and they are breaking the general rules of society, thus their arousal is fueled further with this rebelous act and they acomplish their sexual fullfilment. That my friend is everyone's goal at the end of the day. How you get there, is to each their own.

Note: I don't have a foot fetish myself. However I was just answering the question according to my understandings of fetishes in general.
