And of course Eric chose Shorai Powersports batteries as original equipment for them!

Website says est. 2009 and the address is the same (I think) as that shop that had some custom/chopper looking things in the window. Don't remember the name.

    New owner?

Poor bastard. Model and parts availability hell.

Aye. Even so, I'm well pleased that new SX isn't very attractive I can tell you.

Pradeep is a good guy, and a top mechanic. Be where I got a Harley serviced if I owned one.

Is that the Pradeep who worked at Welly M/c years ago? Met him a few times, as Drew said, a nice Guy.

Interesting collection of brands (I mean that in a good way). I fancied the Buell 1125 and was considering buying one right at the time they went out of business. Is this new Buell the same engine (give or take a few cc ). That naked Buell looks worth a bit of tire kicking.

    Yeah mate, that's the guy.

Couple bikes there look quite cool, the Buell would need to be well priced or very good to compete with the Superduke I reckon.

Numbers miss a lot of important stuff, but the new SX is supposedly 185hp and 188kg fully wet. So close, if not better.

But if that 1190 is anything like my 1125, and ride reports suggest it is then the torque through mid-range is much higher, and that's what made it such a nice ride.

Think the US price on the SX is US$16k, Au$18.5k in Aussie. Which should mean NZ$19k odd, but it never seems to work that way does it?

Under Chinese management. Should disappear completely and without warning in the very near future.
