But all silliness aside cops are real people and they are already mingling at these types of places and bike clubs etc but turn a blind eye. I can see the benefits of this but hopefully done properly...

So, why is it the establishment's fault? It's not their behaviour causing problems.

They discovered that all the homes were broken when they got there and there was no more room back at the cells so they stopped picking them up!
